Lifelong learning is part of who we are.

Our in-house seminars are run by experienced external trainers or by members of our own team.

We offer a leadership development programme for team leaders and their deputies, helping everyone grow into their roles.

Our training covers everything from local know-how to professional and personal growth, plus special seminars on topics outside the day-to-day job. We also work closely with the Kinderhotel Academy – almost all of our Kid’s Club staff receive training there across a wide range of areas!

Team-building and strong relationships are really important to us, so we put a lot of focus on working well together and supporting each other.
